NINE DEGREES Architecture + Design, Inc. is a young and service focused firm located in El Paso, Texas that was founded in 2007 by Cesar Molina, AIA.. Our firm is an energetic and visionary practice who’s leadership that brings over 50 years of design and construction experience. Our strong work ethic and an uncompromising commitment to client service, design excellence, project budget control, and user satisfaction are the corner stone of our practice. Because of our service focus, we have been designated by the Small Business Administration as a 8A Certified Firm. Our service philosophy is built on developing a seamless synergistic relationship with the users which in turn leads into our ability to create uniquely meaningful architectural spaces. Our projects strive to balance form, function, cost and meet our clients expectations.

His primary vision for the firm was to form a practice that is fully committed to ensuring complete client satisfaction through design excellence but more important client service. Great design is the resultant of the teams ability to meet the clients needs and expectations within their budget and time constraint. Cesar grew up in Santa Teresa, New Mexico and completed his architecture studies at the University of New Mexico. Cesar brings over 17 years experience in the design profession and has been personally responsible for multi-million dollar projects in both the public and private sector. Firm responsibilities Include: Client Communications, Primary Decision Maker, Programming & Design, Complete Project Management and Direct Supervision of Project Staff.
Nestor Infanzon, FAIA, RIBA, LEED AP

Nestor began his architectural career after receiving his Master of Architecture from Texas A&M in 1976. He has been personally responsible for the design and construction of a wide variety of projects throughout the United States, Europe and South America in both public and private sector. Over the past two decades he has focused his passion into the K-12, higher ed and health care market sector of the profession. His commitment to service and meeting client expectations has led to some significant recognition from the client community as well as the architectural profession. In recognition for his contribution to design in our profession he was elevated to the College of Fellows in 2004. Nestor is an avid proponent of multi-discipline and collaborative design process that focus on meeting the clients operation and financial needs. Firm responsibilities Include:
Management of client relationships and communication, Project programming, planning and design for education projects, Direct supervision of project team and office staff, Design management for a variety of projects types and Primary design decision for design and planning issues on the project.
